The 2nd Supreme Court wasn't able to be elected in the scheduled election due to a lack of candidates, resulting in the continuation of the 1st Supreme Court. This consisted of three Justices, and each served a three-month term from 17 July to 30 September 2016. The final members of the 2nd Supreme Court were New Prague Workers Republic, Celera, and the United States of Unfreedom.
Secretary Atealia replaced Devadia with the United States of Unfreedom at the commencement of this term so that all of the Justices would be represented in the 2nd General Assembly, an emergency legislative committee formed out of the failure of the June 2016 general election.
