The 1st Dyl Cabinet was formed from the election of the Secretary at the December 2020 general election. It consisted of the Secretary, Vice Secretary, and Ministers of Community Affairs, Foreign Affairs, Information, Recruitment, and Roleplay. Each served a three-month term from December 2020 to March 2021.

The final members of the 1st Dyl Cabinet were Secretary Dyl, Vice Secretary and Minister of Information Argentigrad, Minister of Community Affairs and Roleplay Podria, Minister of Foreign Affairs Grod Island, and Minister of Recruitment Help Me Take Over The World Please.

As a result of Minister of Information Vandensia leaving the region during the The Great Departure on 19 January 2021, Secretary Dyl appointed Argentigrad as their replacement. Voting was held from 21 to 23 January 2021.

As a result of Minister of Community Affairs Wascoitan's resignation during the The Great Departure on 20 January 2021, Secretary Dyl appointed Podria as their replacement. Voting was held from 23 to 25 January 2021.

As a result of Minister of Foreign Affairs New Samon's resignation due to real-life commitments on 2 February 2021, Secretary Dyl appointed Grod Island as their replacement. Voting was held from 2 to 4 February 2021.
