The court case entitled Tobostan v. Nottinhaps (2019) was overseen by Justice Kavagrad as presiding judge. Tobostan was found guilty on the following charges and issued a banjection of 4 months from 27 February 2019:
- 2 counts of "False representation as a member of government, with malicious intent"
- 4 counts of "Slander, libel, or blackmail against a nation in good standing"
- 4 counts of "Spamming or trolling that disrupts regional activity or personal communications"
