The 12th Supreme Court was appointed by Secretary New Arkados and confirmed by citizens in individual confidence votes. This consisted of three Justices, and each served a three-month term from 23 December 2018 to 20 March 2019. The final members of the 12th Supreme Court were Halfblakistan, Morvan, and Kavagrad.
The court case entitled Tobostan v. Nottinhaps (2019) was overseen by Justice Kavagrad as presiding judge. Tobostan was found guilty on the following charges and issued a banjection of 4 months from 27 February 2019:
2 counts of "False representation as a member of government, with malicious intent"
4 counts of "Slander, libel, or blackmail against a nation in good standing"
4 counts of "Spamming or trolling that disrupts regional activity or personal communications"
