The '''Supreme Court''' is the judicial branch of [[The Leftist Assembly]]. It consists of three Standing Justices and one Alternate Justice appointed by the Secretary and then approved by citizens in individual confidence votes.
 
Each Justice's term lasts for approximately three months from the date of their confirmation until the date of the next Secretary's Supreme Court appointment confirmations.

The Legal Standard Act, was proposedintroduced by Llorens in the [[5th General Assembly]] and passed by referendum, 18-3, on 21 May 2017., Asabolished perthe its changes, thetiered positions of Chief Justice, First Justice, and Second Justice,. heldIn attheir the time by New Lonopolian Empireplace, Rathfarnhameach and Llorens respectively, were eachwas renamed to Justice and given equal voting power on all legal proceedingsmatters of the Ministry of Law.
 
Constitution Amendment (Chief Justice), which passed on 26 September 2020, reinstated the tiered Justice system in a slightly different format, with one Chief Justice to be elected internally by the three existing Justices. Constitution Amendment (Alternate Justice), which passed on 10 October 2020, then instituted an 'alternate' for any of the main three Justices in the event of an absence or conflict of interest. Further clarification of judicial responsibilities and procedures were instituted in the Judicial Process legislative package, introduced by the [[19th General Assembly]] and passed in October 2020, providing the collective title of Standing Justices to the three main voting Justices.
