Eleven nations have served as Secretary of [[The Leftist Assembly]] since the office was formalised in the Constitution, which was ratified on 19 February 2016. Since the [[September 2016 general election]], all Secretaries have not been affiliated with a political party.
 
The Secretary is responsible for serving as the head of the Cabinet, with final decision-making power concerning its delegated responsibilities, and representing the region as its Delegate to the World Assembly.
