===Second period as Secretary===
Llorens' run for Secretary in the [[December 2019 general election]] was just the second time (after Cedoria) that a nation had sought out a third term in office. He was challenged by incumbent Vice Secretary [[Greylyn]], and the candidates became most divided over their stance overon Greylyn's proposed 'civil service' for the executive branch, which Llorens strongly opposed on the grounds of it being an inefficient use of time and resources, whereas proponents of the change argued that it would encourage greater participation in government. Llorens also promised to introduce new Ministers of Events, Roleplay, and World Assembly Affairs, as well as to introduce a new endorsement program called the Revolutionary Support Exchange (RoSE). Ultimately, Llorens won in a landslide with 73% of the vote.{{refn|Kavagrad (28 December 2019).
