The '''8th Culture Competitions''' was the eighth biannual design event held in [[The Leftist Assembly]], hosted by Minister of Information Soviet Catgirls from 18 to 30 May 2021. The event was held to select a new regional arthropod, bird, coat of arms, flora, poemmotto, and mottopoem.
 
The submissions stage was held from 18 to 25 May, followed by the voting stage from 25 to 30 May.
