The 16th Supreme Court was appointed by Secretary Llorens and confirmed by citizens in individual confidence votes. This consisted of three Justices, and each served a three-month term from 18 December 2019 to 19 March 2020. The final members of the 16th Supreme Court were Cedoria, Illyrian States, and New Arkados.
