By-election

On August 6th, Kunskil resigned, citing cultural differences with The Leftist Assembly. A by-election was held immediately, with Venusian Soviets as the only candidate and winner. They joined the General Assembly on August 9th. The vote breakdown is as follows:

Venusian Soviets approval vote
Yes
17
No
0
Abstain
7

Two votes, one Yes and one Abstain, were discarded due to being from non-TLA nations (possible due to an error by the Speaker in setting up the poll). One Military Voting Citizen voted Yes on the RMB.
