The Bill was passed unanimously by the [[23rd General Assembly]] 6-0-0 on 30 August, the same day that Ludwigsburg was convicted, codifying a warning-based moderation of specific disruptive RMB activities beyond the Criminal Offence Act's provision on "Spamming or trolling".
