An effort by Secretary Greylyn and Vice Secretary Podria to increase government control of the social Discord server through legislation, including making the Secretary a permanent administrator, resulted in heated debate across the Regional Message Board and Discord server. This culminated in Erna Vindtopia filing a vote of no confidence against Vice Secretary Podria on 25 July with the signatures of MGAs Dyl and Kavagrad, among others. The vote of no confidence was suspended after less than five hours while it was almost unanimously in favour of removing Podria as the Vice Secretary when they voluntarily resigned from their post.
Subsequently, the Secretary appointed Grod Island in their place. Voting was held from 27 to 30 July 2020.

To prepare for the annual N-Day and Z-Day events that happen in September and October respectively, Secretary Greylyn appointed Cedoria as the Minister of Apocalyptic Affairs, recreating the role created for the first time in 2019. Voting was held from 3 to 5 August 2020.
