Ruling name Date issued Vote Summary of ruling
#6.1 (Discord Server Jurisdiction) 24 Jul 2020 Supported by Nangka and New Arkados. South Miruva abstained.
  • Determined that additional legislation is required for the General Assembly to specifically extend its legal jurisdiction and exert control over the social Discord server
  • Initiated by the related debate on control over the region's social Discord server and withdrawn legislation seeking to automatically make the Secretary an administrator of the server
#6.2 (Discord Server Jurisdiction) 30 Jul 2020 Supported by Nangka and New Arkados. South Miruva abstained.
  • Reaffirmed #6.1, determining that the General Assembly may pass legislation to extend its legal jurisdiction over the social Discord server, but that it has no inherent jurisdiction over it
  • Initiated by a further inquiry by Speaker Kavagrad following ruling #6.1 questioning whether the largely autonomous social Discord server should be responsible to a government elected by voters who may not be members of the server
